All events cancelled but top 10 fish tomr and it will be a shootout!
Sucks not to have a weigh in for the public too.

Man they have a lot of Very upset people on FB about this... They'll get over it. No one ever wants to cancel an event, especially one as big as the TTBC. The grounds were soaked, there's no place for anyone to park. They made the right call. I hate it for everyone involved.

Sucks not to have a weigh in for the public too. Yea, Wish they would of fished a non slot lake, I always liked the weigh in. Be cool if they went to like Cedar Creek or Ray Hubbard or where it would be a lot easier for D/FW people to go check out the event....

How can you sell tickets to something "rain or shine" and not refund peoples money if you cancel?

I just read facebook, they got a lot of angry people, and the worst part is the ticket said "Rain or shine" Poor planning on Toyotas part, and not giving a refund is the worst part......

Hopefully they will honor the tickets next year. Who knows, maybe they will decide to issue refunds. If the tickets actually said "rain or shine," then I don't see how they can't offer refunds.
If the area is anything like my backyard right now, there is no way they could have held the event.
