I bought a center console bass boat. Problem solved.

Switched couple years ago to CC and have not missed the bass boat yet. Got a 21 ft with 150 yam 4stroke. It is easy to maneuver, takes big water good and drive while standing/ leaning and let legs absorb the shock of any rough water not the back, gets great mileage and runs about 50mph. Fish both salt and lakes and only a bit tough maneuvering around in the stumps when the wind is blowing hard. I have a ttop for some shade is great especially while graphing humps and drops or lunch, that little relief is great and rarely take it off. Can't remember why it was so much fun to sit all squatted down in a bass boat driving around in the full sun all day.

Here's my Majek Xtreme. I added a 2nd blade, 12 at the console and 9 on the bow. There's some disadvantages with it's bass fishability but in terms of dual purpose it's damn good.
