Yeah. Tons of debris too. A lot of water rushed down the creek.

It was a very slow morning. Fished from 7:30 am to 10:30 am with curly tail and caught only 5 sand bass. Had a lot of bites but mainly mosquito bites. Two of the sand bass were females with eggs. It was very muddy, and water was high. It was not an ideal fishing condition this morning.

Wind from the north, fisherman does not go forth.
Wind from the south, blows the bait in the fish's mouth.
Wind from the east, the fish bite least.
Wind from the west, the fish bite best.

I created a public group on facebook geared to selling fishing gear. I find it easier for me to post pics on there if you have something to sell. It's a public group titled Wylie,Sachse,Plano,Garland Fishing Gear Sale.

I loaded the Jeep to head over there about 4:30, but stayed home when I looked at the radar. It appeared there was a storm line building, but now it doesn't have that much energy in it. Looking now I think I missed my window. If the creek level report is reasonable I'll go in the morning to catch the last of the spawning whites and maybe target some hybrids as well.

I loaded up the jeep, was headed out there and got the death wobble. Came back home and been trying to find a solution to that lol.

I've had a death wobble for a while. I figured out how to drive with it and I've been lazy about fixing it..
I have to fix it before a trip to High Island in May.

Replaced tie rods and stabalizer. Hopefully that'll help. Guess I'll just keep it under 50 mph.

When i got the death wobble in my jeep all i did was get new tires and a different brand too. No problems since. Steering stabilizers dont fix the problem. They just mask it. I have the red jeep with the light bar if yall ever seen me out there.

Gates are open at Lavon Dam. Most of the fish that have not made it to spawn, will go up the river now. Happens every time they open the gates.
