You don't. Even if you did go by at the same angle/speed, I don't think you could make the same noise at the top. Looks like there are about 4 dots above the "h" in brush that match up exactly, not to mention the little blob right below the "h" and all of the fish markings that look exactly the same. In the right side there are some markings with a small blob and a vertical dash that are all the same. If you look closely around the rest of the second pic, there are more of the same. That's why I'm asking if this is a re-creation or if he's claiming that it's a real screenshot.

what if ther boat was at anchor over the brush and a shot was taken before and after the crappie cakes were deployed? as far as the 2.7 KPH which equals only 1.5 MPH ) speed, if the boat was slightly moving a few feet back and forth in the wind, the gps reciever certainly could register a speed reading..
I personally do not believe Greg would be deceptive and push a product he doesnt believe in.
Whether the product is effective or not is up to the opinion of those who use it, but making the leap to say that it is snake oil deception is unjustified in my opinion

Really leanin post? You ought to know more about how a Down image unit works than that. If he was sitting anchored, the brush pile would look like a haze of horizontal lines. You would have zero definition. You must be in motion for a DI unit to show correctly.
I'm not saying his cakes don't work. They may be the bomb diggity, but I've been a member of this forum for a pretty good while, and I'm trying to look out for my fellow fishermen.

I don't care how good they might or might not work. Between the several month delays on shipping w/o any communication and the falsifying sonar pics I'd never buy any cakes.
