The wmart on Custer and 380 had one bag of these (quantity of seven)

I found them in a $1.96 box in the fishing isle
More than likely, they were produced by YUM for Wmart sales only.
I've seen other threads, where people contact YUM directly to get more quantities of a particular plastic they found in in the Wmart only production. They are having some success getting more bags mailed to them
