No points. Just wanted to have some "fun-come if you can" tournaments at some cool lakes. Kind of what NTKBF club did. This year was looking like tournaments that cost a lot for the amateur tourney guy and/or you had to buy a membership. I think these low risk and pressure tourneys will be good for our growing community of kayak competitors that want to play on the weekend. Not commit for the year.

Sounds good Todd. Just factoring sleep or not. if I should up late can i still enter?

Just wanted to say thanks to Todd and Mariner Sails for hosting this tourney and to Papa's Baits for the gift certificate. It was a tough day for me and it seemed like the same for rest of the field, except for John. Congrats to him as it was well earned. I had 2 bites all day and brought in a flathead catfish and lost a 2 pounder on back to back cast. After that I did not have any bites and even broke one of my rods. On to Purtis Creek, can't wait to see everyone there. It was fun none the less.

Thanks guys for coming out!!! Definitely some tough conditions. That water color might be normal most days on Lewisville lake but not for Mineral Wells.
