So we're back to the water clarity before the rain! :-)

Great day today fishing with forum guys! Highbread, tornado, snagking Jr, and myself, caught a lot of nice sandies, I myself took home 16 for the frying pan! Can't wait to get out there tomorrow, yesterday was pretty good too between me and a friend we limited out!

Tonight was the best night of the season! Fish all over the place.
I was around NT 12 and most of the fish I caught were big females over a foot.
A lot of people with fat stringers were seen.

There were a few small hybids but still no 2 footers or bigger.

too bad my brother is out of town. Hope this keeps up a while longer.

it seems every fish is a hybrid until its landed.

see also is it a hybrid / I think its a hybrid

ugh!! I probably can't get out there until Saturday morning! Sounds like that rain did some real good.

The creek was high enough for 2, possibly 3 days, that those dams may as well have not been there. Who knows?

Went a little earlier today. Caught ten but only one keeper. Looked like some people were doing about the same.

My best night on the creek yet! 4 hybrids from 15" to 19" and lots of strong females full of eggs! Looks like this might keep going for a little longer! Some of the sandies were fighting like hybrids, they were strong and fresh from the lake.

Evening at South of Miller:

Many Under-sized white bass
Many Drums (13-14 inches)
only one keeper - big female white bass (14 inches)
Also, many mosquitoes. LOL
