The state park. There are still 16 sites left in Cross Timbers, I just checked. 2 night stay minimum though.

You might call for reservations. Online limits you to the 2 night minimum but you might be able to get just 1 night by phone. If nothing is available then try calling the park that Friday because they usually get cancelations.
