Thanks Curtis!  You are right about the Crappie. We have been catching quite a few that have spawned out.  As for the Rios I have seen a few on nest last week while fishing the creeks. I plan on checking some other spots this week.

Side Note: Are the Rios on nest or are they getting ready for spawn?

Thanks "Gitter" for the reply!  I have seen some Rios on nest while fishing the creeks this past week before the rains.  Gonna be checking some spots this week.

I plan on checking some other spots this week. Fished the far west side and boated 16 keeper Crappie. Got em in 12 feet of water. Fished the shallows and did not pick up any fish. I think the Crappie spawn is about over. The Sunfish spawn appears to be on!

Thanks "Beltonbanger" for the reply. Curtis: Thanks for the information. The river lakes were picking up and the creek bite was on fire. This latest RAIN will change things up a little. Right now the lakes are a muddy mess.
