I'm going to make a rangefinder/gps that you can aim at a boat on a pile and it will give you their exact coordinates. I'll call it of course, "The Potlicker." Will it sell?

I guess it would kinda be like the thing golfers use when golfing to get exact distance to the green. Genius!

I bet there are a few around East Texas that might aim something back at you.. Make sure its made from Kevlar and I would advise wearing a Kevlar vest as well.. Best of luck with your new idea!!!

Sounds great!!!! Should help me with my new invention!! Mine will block all satellite communication within 500yrds. of my location. Thinking about naming it the FUOOABKINXT! Short for.......Find U Own or a Butt Kickin' is Next!!!!!!!

A Marker Buoy that rolls itself back up!
Call it the "Ho Marker, that backs that thang back up."
Rolling up a marker buoy in 40 and 50 foot deep water all winter really sucks!

I think there may already be some out there Jason. I know when I get on fish it doesn't take but just a minute and I've got lots of company. I invented a camouflaged marker buoy but the first time I put it out I could never find it again.
To whom much is given, much is required.

It will not sell, pot-licking fisherman are too cheap, they just assume pull right up next to you and cast toward your boat and mark the spot on GPS while they are at it.
I don't have a lot of experience fishing, but few years ago had a freind took me and my son fishing, we were on the sandbass and hybrids, there was no one around us, then it was on, we were pulling the fish in as soon as we dropped our line, and I kid you not, within minutes, we had 5 or 6 boat circling us like sharks, casting toward our boat, one time a lure landed in our boat, another boat got so close to us we had to push them away with our foot or their boat would have hit ours.. We are in the middle of the lake as well on a hump. We had shad, they didnt, we were catching fish, they were not, some people are just incredible.

I thought BINOCULARS with distance finders were the exact thing you describe! I have seen some fishermen with them!!
