Couple of drain plugs, replacement fuses for any fuses on board, extension cords to plug the boat in at the hotel very important if prefishing all day before hand.... minimum of 3 copies of any crankbait you are planning to throw or throw regularly, plenty of spare line and weights (I fish with 5/16ths which is odd and not usually a tungsten I can walk into a store and buy most places)... fresh batteries in your scale, etc.
Anything that might be incredibly inconvenient to try and replenish after a day on the water prefishing is pretty important. I also try to find the bite and then swap baits quickly prefishing so I don't convince myself that's the only thing they will eat. Sometimes it is but that's rarely the case. Sticking with what works first is about the worst thing you can do prefishing I think. Best to find a bite then try and expand on that bite imho.

To add to what has already been mentioned:
Culling system with floating fish tags, and a balance beam (or if you want to be fancy, a digital scale with extra batteries) Livewell chemical treatments like Release Me, Rejuvenade or something similar All the tools and parts needed to replace a trailer tire, make trailer wiring repairs, and in-boat wiring repairs A good net

A good net and know how to use it. If you've ever lost a big fish next to the boat because of a too small net or someone who didn't know how to run it, you know what I mean.

Eerything I am about to say has pretty much already been mentioned but I will say it anyway:
Make yourself an Oh [censored] box with tools, wire connectors, fuses, electrical tape, and zip ties. Think about what could break on your boat and have stuff on hand to fix it.
A net
A culling system, Please Release Me, and weigh bag.
Also, don't worry about having 20 rods on deck. Think about the lake, the season, and what you are most comfortable doing.... and do what seems best to you, especially in shorter working man type tornaments. One or two fast/reaction baits and one or two slow baits is all you should worry about. Focus on good casts and proper presentation in likely areas.
