Keep us posted, this would be awesome! I would be willing to sign a waiver if it would make them feel better regarding liability.

Hope you guys get in but would bet the attorney of corporation will advise no go with liability concerns.

A good rule of angling philosophy is not to interfere with another fisherman's ways of being happy, unless you want to be hated.

I drive by this twice a day.. Looks fishy..I've always wanted to try it out, but wasn't sure on the legalities.

Terror, are you referring to the one on 380 or the pond on 75 by telephone rd? I live right up the road if you ever want company. I got a spare yak if you need too cheers

I've banked that rock pit by 75 before. I caught a tiny bass and my son caught a little crappie. There's a lot of broken concrete dumped in there on the freeway side. Looks like good structure, but also a thousand hiding places for snakes. I'd like to get a yak with a graph in it... The other side has a sloped entry and there is (was) a road around there.
Access is cut off now though with the construction.

I fished that lake 4 or 5 years ago and caught a bunch of nice crappie.
I've tried it a few times in the last year with no success.
I certainly wouldn't eat anything caught from it due to all the stuff dumped in and near it and the highway run-off.
