Looked into Collin County Central District Appraisal Tax info.
Looks like it is owned by 380 investors Inc . Cannot come up with a phone # yet - but wk'ing on it.....

anybody know about this place? i drive by it all the time and I always want to fish it.....looks like a good crappie hole, or at least thats the feeling I get....... 33.245346,-96.62007 between weston and 75 on the east side of 75....

My uncle owns this place. Why didn't you guys just say you wanted to fish it. I fish it from my tube all the time. Let me tell you it is AMAZING

I drive by this twice a day.. Looks fishy..I've always wanted to try it out, but wasn't sure on the legalities. Terror, are you referring to the one on 380 or the pond on 75 by telephone rd? I live right up the road if you ever want company. I got a spare yak if you need too

I've banked that rock pit by 75 before. I caught a tiny bass and my son caught a little crappie. There's a lot of broken concrete dumped in there on the freeway side. Looks like good structure, but also a thousand hiding places for snakes. I'd like to get a yak with a graph in it... The other side has a sloped entry and there is (was) a road around there. Access is cut off now though with the construction.

I fished that lake 4 or 5 years ago and caught a bunch of nice crappie. I've tried it a few times in the last year with no success. I certainly wouldn't eat anything caught from it due to all the stuff dumped in and near it and the highway run-off.
