 Anyone catching White Crappie shallow?

Are you are currently catching fish shallower than 15 feet in lakes and if so what is the water temp?

Only the ones that are in my freezer. I-20 and northwards I believe is about 2 weeks away.

Went to the north end of ray bob last night. Fished for 5 hours in one of my hotspots notta nothing. Usually been catching them for two weeks by now water was still cold. Will try again next week

Caught a few last night in 3-5 feet along rip-rap. I'm sure the sun shining on the rocks all day helped things.

57 is my number, when it reaches that temp, I feel I can start catching them shallow with confidence.
I am sure some white crappie are there now, never said they wouldn't be there but, I am waiting on that magic number. Another cold front will push them out of the shallows until the water warms again.
If you taget black crappie, now is the time on most lakes for the big females! Now! Right now!
