Yes a win is a win. Roughly 25 years ago on Fork Larry Barnes won a tournament and had the only fish caught in the entire tournament! The fish was about a pound and it was said he caught it vertical jigging in deep water and the weather was similar to today's. I wasn't there but I heard there were rumblings that he would win the whole thing so they had a few drawings so some others took some checks home. Don't remember who put it on but it was some kind of open format.

Congrats Rob. Those were the worst conditions I've ever fished in. I lost one mid morning and I honestly don't know if I had any other bites because I couldn't feel my hands.

Fished an open event many years ago at Ray Hubbard when the weather was like today that was won with one small keeper. Don't feel embarrassed. Feel glad and be proud!
