Simply DELICIOUS! Nicely done "BANKER". Nicely done!
Side Note: What type of fish fry were you using? Thanks Guys for the replies! Nothing beats a batch of fried Crappie! "Gitter": I used the Luisiana Beer Batter Fish Fry. I also put a spread of regular yellow mustard on the fillets. You get a really nice crust on the fillets by putting the mustard on em. They turned out SUPER GOOD!

Thanks Guys for the replies. "GoldSpoonr": I caught the trout on the Sabinal River. They were stocked into the river by Parks&Wildlife during their trout stocking program. The limit is five per person. The program is over for the most part until next winter. Love catching em. They also taste GOOOOOOOOOOD! "Spiderman": I got the shrimp at a local meat market. Next time I am going to boil em.

Love the spicy. Gonna give em the mustard treatment the next time I fry fish. Love those fillets frying in that pan!
