Mouse Mouse!! I'm a rookie at the yak stuff. With temps being low, how much time do you have to get to shore if you turtle?? How dangerous will it be??

Yep it's looking good for tomorrow. I'm pumped for no wind. Seems like every time I get out its 15-20mph. Hopefully we have a good turnout.

Shouldn't be dangerous, you won't be far from shore.

Not a lot. You won't be able to function within 20 minutes or so. Had a buddy turtle once duck hunting in his waders. I gathered dekes while he got in the boat. 15 minute run to the ramp. I had to help him out of the boat and into the truck. His hands, arms, legs, all dead. He ended up with pneumonia. Y'all be careful and good fishing.

Congrats redsoxnation with some impressive numbers on such a hard day of fishing! I think 76.5 with 4 fish and atx basin came in second with two fish. Was a cold day with water temps between 38-41 degrees.
