Fishing has been slow for the last 5-6 days. That was the report when I called the Barge Friday evening, and that was my experience for Saturday morning. FIL and I fished for 3 hours, saw 2 keepers caught out of about 15 folks fishing. Dam release is hurting the fishing.

I caught one and lost one on Sunday during the Seattlevs Minnesota game . My fishing partner got bored after 2 hrs but the Nintendo DS kept him entertained for another 2hrs. It felt good in there my son took off his hat and gloves and unzipped his jacket.

10.00 to fish the barge now? I know it's only a 2.00 increase, but 10.00 is just enough to stop that impulsive barge night fishing trip. Now I'll need to do research and see if the bite is on.

Still not that bad. I drop an extra $10 pulling the boat to the lake and then $10.00 in gas going from Tower Bay to the barge and back. Maybe I need to start fishing the barge more. hmmm
