The big ones are still in there they are just waiting for some cover to move up into.
It is sad. I can get my little boat on it but there just isn't much lake left.
There is a lot of cool junk up high and dry now. I'll bet we have found 50 or so rods and reels, anchors, arrowheads, old cars.
I have picked up enough cinder blocks to build a small house!
Retirement best job ever.

Between HC and Bport I kinda just shake my head when the low water on Fork deal pops up on here. Me too. Or Ivie, Oak Creek, Greenbelt, Merideth, Stamford, etc......

bad doesn't come close to describing some of the lakes. getting rain won't make a dent. what we need is a couple tropical storms to get hung up over us. maybe in the spring.
oh yeah. now would be a great time to shovel that rock pile away from the bottom of that first ramp.

Someone complaining about current Fork water levels to people from the rest of Texas is like someone complaining about their butcher shop being out of filets to a bunch of starving Africans.
