I've tried the tubs and they just don't fit right.
I've gone to large gallon ziplock freezer bags divided up by style or brand baits. i do the same

This may sound crazy.. But...
I use the nylon lingerie laundry bags that you can get at Wally World or Target...
They are about $.70 a bag if I remember right...
I sort each bag by plastic type and label with a tag that I zip tie on...
They don't split or burst open like the ziplock bags... You can toss 'em around and they don't tear...
They aren't bulky like the tubs so you can put 'em into any compartment... I even use 'em to keep my rain gear and other stuff organized...
If they ever get dirty... Heck throw em in with a load of laundry...
PM me and I can send you pics if you're interested

I've tried most all of the methods mentioned and the deep Planos work best for me and my ocd tendencies.

I like to use large clip rings you can buy at the hardware store to bundle "like" plastics together and then store them in a clear tote as back stock. Each time I go out on the water I resupply my speed bag in my tackle compartment on my boat. this saves me a ton of time from digging through plastics in a hurry.
