Sorry about the wait gentlemen, I never expected such a good response to the new Chubby. I am going to pull another all nighter tonight, in hopes of getting ahead. With all of the orders coming in, we are putting baits in mailboxes about a week after they are ordered. Again, I apologize about the wait gentlemen. I want to get your orders to you as quickly as I usually do, but I'm not letting anything go out my door that I don't deem as high quality.

Ruh roh. Coach JC, PM me your address and I'll send you a replacement package. Can't have Scooby messing up your Chubbies! First Class service right there. CW I agree! This is why I like doing business with guys like Lane and other smaller businesses. I haven't bought a jig head or jig from a retailer in years. I prefer to support guys and gals like this! Customer service!!! I placed an order and then had to revise it after seeing what hook size that Lane had recommended. Then asked if I he could still make a Friday delivery. He said that he would do his best. I paid by check so I'm pretty sure he sent the order without $ receipt. I rushed home today to find my order was in the box, shipped PRIORTY MAIL EXPRESS! 18$ on a 37$ order! A few extra samples and not a mention of repayment for the $ he was out for the expedited shipping. Are you kidding me? Got the replacements in the mail today! Awesome customer service right there! My brother in law loves them to after I schooled him on pines last winter!
