Sorry guys. Been a long time. Emails not working that well. Any woo Update. Crappie- hardly any at all. But have seen 1.25-1.50lbs. Just out of the blue. More in the AM time. Sand bass- they get them almost regular on the point. One night kill them then nothing the next. It's fishing. Cats- about like sand bass they are on fire then just stop the next night. Can't say why. Bass- doing good at night shallow. Got a 6lbs the other night. Carp- doing the best. Some time between 2am-4am. That's what I got for y'all good luck guys.

Its funny but I never think about the barge in the summer as I do in the winter. As you can see it has fish that is one nice bass for sure and if you can catch catfish and sand bass well thats just not a bad deal at all.

Can anyone give me an update on the catch?
Looking to potentially go this weekend. I'd like to catch some nice cats to eat, any suggestions on bait/lures? Or time of day?

Update guys.
The crappie are about the strangest thing I've seen this year. Last week a guy for 4 1.50lbs crappie. But before no one had gotten a keeper in weeks. I mean there are keepers are there just few and FAR between. But ever now and then a guy will bring on a monster! Like 1.25-1.60. Don't get it.
Sand bass are there just spotty. Some nights ppl get a ton. Never know if you what nights are going to produce.
Cats. Are good. Someone got a 19lbs cat. Night before a 11lbs. And a butch of eaters

Hi Big Mike, what were you using to catch those big lmb? Lures or live baits? What time frame at night are those big lmb biting? I am thinking to pay you a visit next week.
