Hate to hear you won't make it Charlie. There is still the November trip! Fred, you'll make a great substitute, but we'll require you to bleach your hair and grow a beard so you look like Charlie.

Group email sent to the October 2014 TFF Trece Tuna charter folks heading out to whup up on some YFT this weekend.
We are not getting the voice mails that folks are saying they are leaving. Might be best if any caller that doesn't get answered to leave a short text message just to be sure we know who called.

Yeah Guys I'm totally sick about it too, but it's beyond my control. Hope fully I can stow away on the Scat Cat in November as Pork Chops unofficial guest crew or something coz I need a tuna fix real bad. It really sux when you get one chance to fish offshore a year and something trivial has to screw it up.

Fred thanks for buying my spot on such short notice. Y'all tear'em up for me, I hope Tiffany and Dave have a great trip. I know the TFF Tuna Crew will make sure everyone has fun and eats like kings. Aw geez .... first Jim and now Charlie. What a bummer. it will seem different for sure. Charlie .... are you still coming to Texas? If you want to fish the DD has 3 openings for their 80 hour trip which I believe leaves next Monday. I'll be thinking about ya....

Ronnie care to post your brisket smoking process? I have heard yours is exceptional.
If you do, would you start with how to select the brisket for smoking?
Man I am bummed out not making any trips.
