according to the link my best time was during the worst period for my area. Guess I'll keep watching the weather and water temps and keep my head down! I do appreciate you posting the link.

Here's another one:
http://www.huntfishsport.com/web.aspx?cmd=calendar]Best Hunting and Fishing Times
To use it with any accuracy, you must enter your latitude.

Some of the best fishermen I have ever known emphasized moon phase, but not best times of any given day. They all said that for fish on deep structure/cover, 1 day before until 1 day after the 3/4 moon (toward full) is the best time to fish. Next best would be the 3/4 moon toward dark.

I have no idea how accurate this is. I fish when I can, but would much rather fish just before a front passes through, unless it's really windy.

The study of the Solunar tables is an interesting subject. I have read the book, Moon UP, Moon Down, by the guy who recreated all of this. Farmer's plant by the dark of the moon in order to get the full effect of both the sun's radiation as well as the moon's radiation.
The two week period from the new moon up to the full moon is always better than the waning moon as it goes back down from full to dark. Haven't you ever gone fishing and heard, "you should have been here last week, they were really biting"
Anyway, I plan all of my "major" trips during the new to full moon period, whether I am deer hunting or fishing.
If there is a total full moon at midnight, try fishing at noon or twelve hours later. The bucks are moving and the fish are biting better around that time.
Anyway, All of this priceless information and $1.00 will buy a cup of coffee!
