I made a very costly mistake today at Lewisville Lake. I drove off and left my two depth finders setting on the ramp at tower bay. If anyone happened to pick them up please give me a call. Reward will be offered. 817-819-2747. They were HB 1198 and 999
Thanks

I hope they show up! I wonder if they have a camera on the entrance of the park? If so maybe someone drove away with them in plain view where a camera would catch it. I'd say taking equipment like that is stealing even if it is unguarded. A police report might make sense.
Man when I saw the subject I thought you meant you left the crappie biting at Tower Bay.

I would put a sign up at the ramp also offering a reward.
COMING SOON! .. THE STICKLE HOOK " the stay level sickle hook". sits level in the water with all knots.! Provides better hook sets and more natural jigging motion. No more adjusting the knot, gluing , or tying loop knots that cause the hook point to tangle in the loop, or worse knick the line.. The jighook that will make all others obsolete !

G Rod, I would make a theft report with the police department. Hopefully you have the serial numbers for the units. The PD can enter those into NCIC. LE run serial number on electronics, and firearms all the time during car stops and during other duties. Also pawn shop have submit pawn tickets to law Enforcement agency's. They run hundreds of serial numbers looking for stolen property. It's a long shot but it might pay off for you.

ok not trying to sound harsh here, but how is that theft? If he left them on the ramp like the post says, then sounds like to me thats not theft. I would return them if I found them. Im just sayin

He may have left them but somebody stole his gear if they took off with them. No different then leaving them on your boat while getting your truck and sombody took them from your boat. Stealing is stealing.
