Any good fish caught outta Bachman? I've fished that lake 4 times, and never caught a single thing so I doubted fish existed in that place! I've fished all up and down the shore behind the rec center, and I've walked the dam all the way back to the corner where the railroad track is, thrown everything in the tackle box, and nothing. Congrats to anyone who actually caught at fish out there!

Big bass today was 21 1/4 inches long. Mostly small fish measured today. Bigger ones are in there!

Just realized there was another bass that was measured right at 21 inches. Wow!

Rule Revision (Slight change to Sep. 13th Fundraiser)
SECTION 13 Fundraiser Tournaments
2. Big Bass Battle:
Points will be rewarded. This tournament winner will be based on the best overall 1 bass.
The winner will receive the total pot along with 10 points for placing first. 10 attendance points will be given to those who check in and out with the tournament director. This event will allow all competitors from the west and east to compete. Also, newcomers are allowed to compete but cannot earn points at this event because registration and monthly dues are not to be paid for this event. No promo points will be allowed to be allocated at this event. The tournament entry is $20 per person. $10 will go to the pot and $10 to the proceeds If a competitor can not attend, you have to option of gaining 10 points by donating $10 to the proceeds. If a competitor can not attend, donations must be sent to Russ Prater PRIOR to the day of the event in order to receive points . Also please remember that this a fundraiser first and a tournament second.

Looking forward to the next Teams tournament at Trinity River Downtown Fort Worth! Always lots of fish caught there so this should be a good one! Going to be a case of whoever finds the big girls wins! Look forward to seeing everyone out there.
