Any other way is expensive IMO Red Solo cups Wire coat hangers Sakrete Weight is determined by how much you fill the cups Peel off the cup plastic after they set up and let them cure a few days Pieces of rebar are used for the heavy weight* use a weight, we use a small cup with concrete in it, we use a piece wire in it then fill, we have used non weighted ones but the wind will blow them a long ways and makes finding them a pain! duck weights work well too. good luck and have fun

Surprised I was able to find this again. Bump for the guy asking about juglines. I've been using these for a few years now and am very happy with the design.
2 Bedroom Lake house on CC for rent. P.M. me!

Boy, the jug world sure has evolved from when I ran 'em. Those sure look like they'll do better than a 1-gallon Bordon jug

I made several a few years back out of the pool noodles and pvc, and they aren't no where near as fancy but they work just the same. If you like to tinker, it's a cool project!
Just one more cast!

I have always used cut pieces of rebar for the weights, They are cheap and effective.
