How many people have purchased replicas from this company? Looking for feedback on their work. My first choice has a half of year turn-around time.

He did my double mount, Gave it to him Early May, got it mid September. All have a wait list. This is not his full time job, he does it as a hobby in the evenings and weekends. He will tell you this upfront.
I love my mount, he will do my next one as well.
You will have pro/con responses. I believe you should not set your expectations on delivery time for any taxidermist. Regardless of whom you use, once the date is set, I would not contact anyone until a week when delivery is expected. Seems to be the nature of the beast.
Good luck.

He did my last one and it was the best mount I've ever seen in regards to the fish looking so life like. I got mine in about 2.5 months but he told me that was not the norm. If I'm ever lucky enough to catch a 12+ I would have him do that one too.

Dan, if the 3 fish were caught at Falcon, then get them in a mount in a cooler on ice!
LMAO

I'm going to say this....and it's my opinion to say....and I fully expect there are going to be some haters....but I don't care. In my personal opinion, LFT does a nice job, but every fish they do looks exactly the same. In the real world......there are no two alike. I've seen several LFT fish posted on here, other social forums and a few buddies mounts....and they all have looked identical to the 3 fish above.....lots of color and identical patterns. Maybe every fish caught on Fork looks like that....I dunno? I'm not saying they do bad work.....I just feel like every one looks the same.
When I had my 12lber done, I went with Kevin at FST for the simple fact that the work on his website looked amazing and unique and secondly, he ensured me my replica would look identical to the pictures I sent him. The better the pics....the more realistic he could make it. He even matched it down to a few off color random scales. My mount took 4 months I believe and it was right around Christmas time.
Again....I am not bashing the work LFT does.....but if it were me I'd go with Kevin at FST because I feel you get a more accurate representation of the actual fish for years to come. The work Kevin did was awesome and he went out of his way to ensure I was happy. I have two more 10's I want to get done and when I get the coin.....he will have the honors of doing both.

I agree! That's the first thing I thought when looking at the 3 fish mounted, they look like clones!
