David is as good a business man as there is. I've bought a 999, 958c and a 60" fortrex from him and the total savings on all 3 is in the $700 range. This may seem a little picky, but I've bought and sold a lot of stuff one here and all of the deals with everyone went smoothly. I've made some new friends and connected with old ones. I would like to post a "beware" of buying from DAVOBASS. He posted some Doybns rods on here and I made him an offer for 2 of those rods which he accepted only if he didn't have to ship. I told him I could meet him and also told him he could bring the rest of the rods and I would bring some extra cash just in case. He told me he couldn't Sunday and that he may have just sold one of the rods after he accepted my offer. Maybe I'm just too picky but if you make a deal you should stick with it. Anyway just beware of doing business with him.

I ordered some sinkers from "parttime"--he is usually in the catfish section.
He sells sinkers and other stuff from his website--

I recently purchased an HB 998 and RAM Mount from David with Shut Up and Fish. Prior to my purchase I spoke with David about pricing and he answered all my questions. He is very competitive on his pricing. When I'm ready to purchase another HB unit and even Talons I'll will buy from him. He delivers what he says!!
