We should e mail tourny director Did you ever get an answer? If it can be fished partners I may be able to get Derrick to take me out there and put in work from the back of boat It's a Solo tournament no partners. Just 1 in the boat.

$200 Entry Fee | $35 Membership | 80% Payback - 1 Place Per 5 Entries | Trailering Allowed
- Qualifies for ALL SEVEN 2014 USAFT Spring Championships -
Championship Qualification
Enter a minimum of three tournaments and finish in the Top 50% of final AOY Race in a single division
or, Enter four out of five tournaments in a single division
Qualified anglers can fish solo or pick another qualified APT angler and fish as a team."
So it can be fished as teams or you can qualify for championship as a team? It means if you qualify through the APT Solo you can fish any of the championships with another solo angler as a team in the championship. As you can see it says Chamionship Qulifications. There is no APT Solo championship. All regular season APT Solo Challenge events are 1 person in the boat only tournaments.

Thanks for the clarification, that is kind of what I was assuming but wanted to make sure before I dismissed finding a back seat for it haha, oh well... looks like no tourneys for me for 2 weeks. Double damn.
