I thought that I posted this question last week but I can't seem to find it anywhere. So here's my second try.

Any tips on where to fish POC from the bank/shore/jetties etc.? I've fished Port A, Aransas Pass, Packery Channel for the last 10 years and lately, nothing exciting bites anymore. Time to find new haunts I guess.

So any tips for shore bound anglers would be greatly appreaciated. Also, any affordable places to stay and places to get a bite to eat would be a great help.

The Little Jetties and Powderhorn. I didn't have much luck at the pier. If you like small sharks then you may want to try the pier. POC is not very shore fishing friendly. You might have better luck in Matagorda.

the port aransas jetty is amazing! you dont need much to go out there, just make sure that you dont cast too far the big fish stick to the rocks.
