**** BIG GREEN EGG GIVE-AWAY UPDATE ****

My nephew Chad Amburn, is the store manager of Premier Grilling in Plano. For the lucky winner of the Big Green Egg, he is donating an entry for 2 people to one of his Big Green Egg cooking classes at Premier Grilling in Plano, TX. ($130 value) Classes are held on Saturday evenings once a month. All cooking classes are BYOB. Make sure you bring an appetite as all food is supplied. He assures me that you are going to learn ALOT! Most of their Egg classes are BBQ classes but he also teaches baking and grilling classes as well. Their website is premiergrilling.com where you can look at the class schedule. If you sign up for their newsletter, you will get an email update when a new class is added. I will provide his contact information to the winner. If you can't fish the tournament, be sure to come out to Poppy's at Lake View Marina, listen to some fine tunes and put your bid on some great silent auction items.

Our fundraiser night is just a few days away. Be sure to come out to Texas Roadhouse restaurant at 5250 Endicott Road on Thursday, September 18th from 3-10pm and have some great food. They will be donating 10% of the food sales that night to Cook Children's.
