Very nice, looks good. Any particular reason why you went with green in stern and blue in bow?

I guess it depends on the color of yak before you can put them on the inside right? I want to do lighting but with my yaks being dusk and desert camo it would probably have to go on the outside?

Looks good Louis! Can you give us specs - how many lights or length, etc. Any idea on amp draw?

I like it Louis. You won't be sneaking up on me in the middle of the night anymore... When you wanna hit monticello for an all nighter to check them out?

ive also wandered when bass fishing at night, i like to cruise the shallows on the edge of weeds, wouldnt this kill your element of stealth. seems great for catfishing or crappie.

Very nice, looks good. Any particular reason why you went with green in stern and blue in bow? I wasn't really putting the lights on for the bait attracting qualities for fishing at night or I would have gone with all green or green up front. Since no amount of light of any color or combination emitting from hull will fulfill State or U.S.Coast Guard Lighting Regulations for kayaks (still have to have 360 light at height) it was all personal preference. The blue was easier for me to see with when cockpit lights were on or off.

I guess it depends on the color of yak before you can put them on the inside right? I want to do lighting but with my yaks being dusk and desert camo it would probably have to go on the outside? Not at all! I believe white lights on inside of any kayak will bring out the color on the outside and not only make your kayak more visible on the water but put your head in a whole different world. I've seen kayak colors that I didn't particularly care for that looked great when lit up with white light from the inside. With all the new camo colors you never know what your kayak would look like until you start experimenting. Maybe just go get a bright light and stick it up your hatch for starters. When you start thinking about mixing colored light with kayak colors, the possibilities are endless. Supernova has two different colors of white light, I forget the names but they give different looks. Check out the yellow kayak in the pics below. http://www.supernovafishinglights.com/apps/photos/album?albumid=13787715

Looks good Louis! Can you give us specs - how many lights or length, etc. Any idea on amp draw? I couldn't tell you for sure. I got the standard Extreme "Pimp" Kit with maybe a little longer cockpit strips. I think it draws a little over 2 amp but who cares its just for when I'm near a bridge with cars around and at the ramp. Seriously doubt I'd have them all on at once while fishing...unless someone was watching. I'll let you know after I go out in the next night or two. Just call ask Dez and he could tell you.

If my credit card statement is going to have "Extreme Pimp Kit" on it, I think it may be too much trouble to explain to the wife what it is. Thanks Louis....pimp on.
