Took my son up Cowhouse in a canoe yesterday. Saw 6 turkeys, an airboat and had a 5 foot gar come after my little crankbait. 1 white bass about the size of a shad. That's the only fish story I got.

Went trolling yesterday afternoon. Caught 7 whites, 2LMB and a Smallie. Had two break offs. Lots of wind but steady bite. Fished main lake. Very few boats on the lake. A few boat trailers at Arrowhead and only about ten each at TLP Sparta and Westcliff.

Seems like all the other lakes are schooling and were shut down. Anybody seen any schoolies lately? Ill be out there tomorrow morning with a coworker around TLP. Say hi if ya c us. Prolly be beating the banks for those green fish that bite all the time!

Since the big rain I'v been out a few time and only caught catfish. Now I got my cast net back in boat I only need a new trolling motor and I will be set. This darn work thing is getting in the way of my fishing. getting dark and cool toooo early.

Made it in country about two weeks ago. Cooling down now, only 105 and dust storms. Anyone hear from Scooter, I need him to PM me the fishing hole, I may be heading down towards him soon.

Going back out in the AM. Going to troll a bit. Trying a new setup. Next weekend going to Alan Henry to fish for some LMBs. Going to try out my new worms.

FT, Scooter is preparing for departure, you more than likely will miss him. As your looking at the palace, go right, all the way to the blowed up bridge half in the water. 20-30 foot clear water on the right, hydrilla on the left with a channel. Fish the channel  Send Scooter a pm or sipr him. He's in a "special room"
