Not getting any side /down scan. Everything on graph is working. All settings are correct. Have sonar and all. Just have black screens on both si/di both with white lines. Any suggestions ?

Is that on the water or on land?

Does system test show transducer connected?

Haven't done a "system check ". But why is depth,water temp and everything else working ? Guess I'll call hummingbird and stay on hold forever !! Lol

Have you restored defaults? Make sure the transducer is plugged all the way in. Make sure the depth range is set deeper than the water you are in. Are you using a y cable for the transducers?

Have the SI and DI ever worked properly? Which transducer do you have connected to the unit?

Everything has worked in the past. No y cable. And I did the default and transducer is plugged in correctly

The SI and DI use the same transducer elements (different than the 2D sonar), so it sounds like it might be a transducer problem.
