The 45th Annual Invitational is a go. Lake is low,but ramps are open at State Park, Anchor, Holiday and 751 . We have also dug our ramp out at the Bass Club so that it is usable. Should be a fun event as always. Come on out and help support the Bass Club and continue the tradition

Lake may be riseing but the Invitational been falling every year. It's poorly managed and ran. Numbers don't lie, pull up numbers of boats last few years it tell the truth.

poorly managed and ran? How? I would like to hear some facts. Look forward to this tournament every year, for the past 6 years now. I think the small decline in boats is because of the low water levels. We'll be there!!

Been fishing the invitational for over 30 years. Have missed the last several but it's one I have really missed. It's not always about the money or number of boats. This is about fellowship, fun and bragging rights. And it does pay good if you do your part. I always enjoy seeing folks sometimes only once a year. All tournaments have been down the last couple of years. If your in it for just the money and don't like the way it's run, it's simple. Stay home. The rest of us will enjoy it for what it is. I, for one, can't wait.

Wow! This is a tourny that we love to fish every year and I have been fishing them since 1990! A lot of great people that bust there azz to get all this together every year and we do appreciate all that the LTBC does to make this a go every year! Like what was said earlier if you don't care for it Don't go! They do a great job involving the whole family the youth tourny is awsome, that is the future of our sport and I personally hope they keep the tradition going! Good job to all of the LTBC Members!

Thanks for the kind words guys. If people only knew what goes into running any tournament maybe they wouldn't be so quick to judge. We start planning next year's as soon as this one is over.
Oh well, you can't please everyone, so I am not going to try. For those that do fish it. It is a blast to see everyone and enjoy the weekend.

One of my favorite tournaments of the year, every year!! Good people, good food, good camaraderie, and good stories!! These guys put on a heck of a show, and their involvement with the community spans further than putting on an invitational tournament every year. These guys deserve a lot of credit!! Especially Ken Starling and the Burton family as well!! See y'all there!! I'm pumped!! Be there if you want to enjoy a fun weekend with good people!!
