So has TW put in a new policy for UPS not to leave packages at your house? They're saying that it is required by the shipper that the package cannot be left without a signature. Nothing special I think a $70
Order. But I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks, keep missing UPS guy, I even called and went down there today to pick it up in Dallas and the driver was trying to deliver again. May be a mix up with UPS not TW but either way it's a beating. I'm going to reconsider online purchases, never had this kind of trouble. I've paid extra for delivery and not had it on time but nothing like this disaster.

Regarding UPS we just put a note on the door. The UPS guy usually opens up the storm door and places the package inside. He's covered then and the package isn't visible from the street.

I just have my stuff shipped to my work. I always have someone here and the wife does not see everything I buy.

We use UPS a lot here where I work. Easiest thing to do is when you place an order from anyone, there is usually a notes area where you can write no signature required or leave on porch or something like that and they will do it.

See you on the lake and have a great day!

UPS always leaves at my door, at least in past and past is last week. I have problems with FedEx as they never leave at door and pain for me big orders no one will leave.

I don't see what the difference is this time. They usually just leave it at the door

I usually just pay the extra $10 for standard overnight. FedEx seems to be more reliable in my shipping experiences.

The only problem I have is TW makes it way to easy and its addictive. My stuff is always shipped on UPS and
I follow the link TW sends to my e-mail so I know when my package is out for delivery never had a problem. I live 80 miles from the nearest place to buy tackle so I usually order enough to get free shipping.

I have a great relationship with my UPS and FEDEX guys....they know to leave it even if I am not home.

I have never had an issue with Tackle Warehouse - ever.

Calling them might get you some help.

Whether you think you can or you can't, you are probably right.
