My setup is getting old. I'm currently using a piece of wood paneling laid on top of two barstools. I'd like to get something that I can keep setup and hook a water hose to it. Any thoughts?

Sounds Crazy, but use an old Ironing Board.

That's what I use. Old ironing board with a piece of Polypro bolted to it. Works great!

Bass Pro has a real nice one for $99.00... http://www.basspro.com/Bass-Pro-Shops-Folding-Processing-Table/product/1309191635/
If I didn't already have a set-up I'd be all over it...

That's a great idea with the ironing board.

One you build and fish with your own hand built custom rod you will fish with nothing else!

I traded a bag of filets for a stainless table 5' long with a sink on one end. It weighs about 200 lb's. It came from a remodeling job at Frito Lay years ago. Many fish have been cleaned on it.

One of the members had a thread on a nice filet table he built a few months back. I can't remember who it was nor the date. I tried searching but could not find it.

Perhaps he will read this thread or you might have better luck searching than I did.

I had an old gas grill frame so I put a piece a plywood on it and added a piece of plexiglass on top of that. Now I can roll it around where I need it.

i use an old wood cutting board on top of the ice chest
have to rinse the ice chest anyway
and the cutting board and knife
and its easy to put up
a 5 gallon bucket for a seat
a 5 gallon for the discards
a bowl for the fillets
the 5 gallons stack
the bowl goes in the house
the cutting board goes on the smoker
the knife back in the knife drawer
