Where and how should I fish lewisville? I'm not asking for your secret fishing hole just a push in the right direction. I went out Tuesday and caught a couple stripper but that's it. I was kind of overwhelmed by how big it was and wasn't real sure where or how to fish. Any input would be great! Thanks guys

I've had my best luck in areas near the fishing barge and near Sneaky Pete's. Don't get too close to the fishing barge, lol.

This post would get some GREAT replies in the OT!

Fishing, a man knows a serenity of soul and peace of mind that he finds in doing nothing else, and it makes no difference whether or not he catches anything. The mind of a true fisherman is not on petty subjects.

I like to fish most of the coves on Lewisville that have some rocks or stumps with a TX rigged Sweet Beaver.

You can always fish the turn arounds at the dam. They nearly always hold fish. I like fishing them with a CB, but others fish them with a jig, C/T rig, spinnerbait and NEVER EVER throw an A-rig down there. Hope this helps.

Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.

The new dam on Lake Lewisville, not the old Lake Dallas dam. Hope this helps.

Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.
