That picture is at the Public Boat Ramp on the West Side of the Two Mile Bridge and there must have been a death there at sometime. That cross has been there for many years.

and we know the selection of places to stay around twok are pretty slim pickens - so check out this lakehouse avail for rent right on the lake - 2 bedrooms (each with private full baths) with extra sleeping on a pull out sofa in a separate room. the kitchen is stocked with everything but the food (fridge, stove, dishwasher). full washer/dryer. satellite TV (with the fishing channel), HUGE porch to rig up your gear, fenced private yard for your dog/kids to run around and secure for your boat. SUPER CLEAN!!! i snapped these pics before we headed home this afternoon: http://www.laketawakoni.net

I was looking at website, which one did you guys get? looks like they offer several, thanks.

This was an old post from October that the cabin owner posted on to get some advertising.

How do those rods work that do not have reels on them? Internal reels in the rod blanks or did you have a few reels that malfunctioned you had to work on while fishing?

I would like a clarification about this post. I am new here and would like to promote some stuff. It is allowed or not. This is from the Rules:

Texas Fishing Forum (TFF)
Guidelines / Rules of Conduct

13. Guides, fishing related businesses, and other web sites, feel free to promote your services here - the only exception to this rule is promotion of a site that is a direct competitor of the TFF or Texas Hunting Forum (THF).

Thanks

I would say put it in the classifieds...with the lake name and house rental in the topic so people can find it doing searches. Or...if any ever asks about lodging in areas near your lake, fire away. That happens all the time.
