Has anyone fished Reeves Creek from the bridge at Reeves Road down to the lake; Patroon area. Looks good on paper but may not be floatable at current lake levels. Would appreciate any advice on the area.

Will be bass fishing Patroon and the bottom end of the Chicken Coop the mornings of April 7th and 8th if anyone is up for an excursion.

Don't know anything about T Bend except that I'm jealous you're fishing it LOL... That's hallowed Texas bass fishing grounds right there... Man the amount of backwater spots in that lake that would be perfect for the yak... If you get a chance, snap some pics and give us a report. I don't think I've ever seen a good kayak report from there.

Will do on the report. Gotta go somewhere in hopes of getting the bass mojo restored. Went to Falcon for 4 days last month and totally struck out which is a far cry from 50 fish per day in 2009,'10 '11.

Even as a boy growing up in Missouri, I saw the words "Toledo Bend" make fishermen go silent.......followed by extensive stories.

Talked to the owner of the cabin we're renting and he said Reeves Creek should be good in a kayak, especially for crappie in early April.
