 Sell motor or look for new hull?

I'm tired of dealing with Tracker weld cracks and looking for advice. I have an 08 Mercury Optimax 115 on the boat that has been a great motor. Less than 120 hours. How hard would it be to find a better hull and move the motor or should I just sell the motor and throw in the Tracker?

Keep the motor, find an older glass boat. That's what I'd do.

Who know if a 115 optimax will get a 17 foot 300 series on plane?

Like that 89 Ranger 363 that for sale. Looking for a good hull and transom for a perfectly good 115.
