 Selling your offshore catch?

Planning on hitting up a tuna trip in the coming month or so and I was wondering if there is a way to sell what I don't think I can feasibly keep for myself/family/friends. If not I would probably just donate it to a food shelter (think I saw a link for that somewhere on 360tuna). But it would be cool if I could sell some of it off to make back a little bit of what I'm spending on the trip. Thanks in advance!

no. huge fines to both buyer & seller if caught or turned in.
you must have a Tx. fishmonger's license to sell harvested fish
