I am going fishing this sunday. Was going to take the boat out to Benbrook, Alvarado or Arlington, but instead of looking for the fish, was thinking of hitting a barge. What is a good crappie house, near Fort worth that is starting to produce?

you can try lake weeatherford Barge but have not fished it this winter yet ,,,Located at the Marina ...Was up at Lewisville you can stay inside in the heated Barge up there ,,But I would take the boat out it is gonna be sunny and 60 on Sunday

I think I might. Was going to go out to Weatherford barge tonight, but stayed up too late last night.

I've been fishing Weatherford, limited out last 2 days seems like they have been liking the bobby garland lights out

Indeed a dink fest a Weatherford right now, but if you are just looking for some action then it's not a bad place to go. I went last night from 8pm to 12am and probably caught 30 or so fish with maybe 5 of those being keepers. Although I did hear that lots of keepers were caught yesterday morning before the front moved through.
