I hear they are as big as Volkswagons by the dam, and the divers are all scared to go down there,
Cody's state record of 121 1/2# fish is in jeapardy they say that at every dam in the country!!!

No you have to be in oaklahoma waters for using special bait  Same applies for cast net regulations But remember that "special bait" must of been caught using a rod n reel not in a cast net to be legal

I don't understand? What is special bait?
I only use shad! I like the variety of colors that they come in!

Texoma blues do not bite if you use string over 8 lb test so you all better change your line

Hey Drawout, would you consider making some provision for kayakers like you did for bank fishermen? Maybe 2 or 3 men on a team and acknowledge that it is okay that we will be in our own small plastic boats but wr have to stay within X number of yards from each other?
Whadda ya think? Us kayakers have been putting up some big fish already this year...

Sure 2 guys max and stay within casting distance of each other.
Trust me guys this isn't an official Tournament this is really just everyone showing up that am throwing money in a hat and then showing up again to brag?weigh in. Trying to keep it as simple as possible because im no tournament promoter/organizer by any means.

Bringing this back to the front page so people can see where and when to sign up and read the rules, it will be a fun tournament and some big fish caught, fish should be moving so it's anybody's tournament to win!

My son and I are in. I have no idea where to go on the lake to fish though... I'll just follow the salty dogs to their hideout...
