I went out with JD Lyle on Texoma Monday. Conditions were tough. We caught a lot more than the limit and it was fun catching instead of fishing for a change. JD worked hard and put us on some quality fish. I caught the largest of the day, a striper that went 11 pounds. It was great to feel the pull of a good striper, I have not felt that since Tennessee. JD is everything you guys said he was. He is a very nice guy and his passion for fishing is obvious. There is a difference in a guide fishing for a living and a guide who really loves his work. JD loves his work and we had a great time. He reminded me of my friend and guide in TN Ezell Cox, the best of the Great American Fisherman. Thanks JD.
