I'm so sick! Left my large, camo plano bag with 4 full boxes and every pocket full......car wash on east coke (515) in Winnsboro ...... I will give a reward for recovery ......... took me a year to fill that present from my kids!

Man, that is rough.
It is unlikely whoever found it reads this forum. But let's hope you get lucky and recover it.
Did you have your name and telephone number on it anywhere?
You might try the pawn shops in the area. The odds are good that whoever finds it will pawn it for quick cash or try to sell it at a local flea market.

I would ask the car wash owner if I could post a sign there, offering a reward for the return for whoever found it.
Unless the person fishes it really is not worth that much unless they have a way of selling it.
It might not help but at least it's something you can do.

Bummer big time. If yours is like mine, the boxes have at least $100 in each one.

Don't give up yet somebody might find it. I remember a while back a guy lost his bird over the side and a fellow TFF'r found it floating a day or so later. Good luck!!!!!!!!

Just terrible. That's a terrible feeling. Don't lose hope yet, if someone found it, they might not have checked the pockets yet. Those that get their boat/car washed tend to be upstanding people.

I can't imagine how you're feeling right now.....I'd probably lose sleep over something like that, if it happened to me. For all it's worth, I have a box full of extra lures and plastics I keep for whenever. PM me your info and I'll send you my extras so you can get your gear back up to par. I'm sure some other guys on here have a box full of things just collecting dust. I'd hope that if anything like that happened to me, my fellow angling brothers would help me out. Hope you get some good news either way...

I don't put much personal info on here......but the reason this happened ......the reason I was distracted enough to drive off without remembering my bag is this...... my wife of 22 years decided that today was the day she would "go be happy".....she packed her car and drove off....leaving my teenage daughter and I standing in the kitchen.
So while I ordinarily would not accept tackle.....I will send a pm so I can get on the water.....it's my sanctuary ..... and I need it.....God bless.....
