after my epic Emma trip, I have not even caught a single fish. I've been 2 or 3 times. I'm gonna have to pull the "ole bait up a spot for a week" before I try again. That, and LBL is full of weeds right now.  
PB Common Carp....... 38 lbs
PB Mirror Carp........12 lbs 8 oz
PB SM Buffalo........ 53 lbs
PB Grasser........... 48 lbs 4 oz
PB Blue cat.......... 17 lbs (caught on maize)

wow on hot summer days is very tuff fishing and blamking is the most harsh.
good luck youll get to them.
what swims are full of weeds?

I would say that july august and january can be real boogers when it comes to blanks in the centex area.

i have fished multiple spots for the past 3 weeks and blanked just about every time.is it really just too hot to fish for carp????

at LBL they are all except maybe redbud full of weeds. FSB is unfishable
