We are going to Port A. August 10-17 and we are going to go deep sea fishing again one day. We are considering getting a private guide instead of going on one of the party boats. Thinking about using Offshore Adventures. Does anyone know how Offshore Adventures is and would you recommend a private over a party boat. Any recommendations on a good private charter would be appreciated.

Private Charters = Better fishing experience. but can get VERY Expensive quickly.

Party Boats = Cheap. You get what you pay for. You get to go fishing.

woodysonline.com/ is Woody's Sports Center, They have an extensive list of Private Charters. Bill Busters or Bill Busters 2 (Twin boats) are both doing pretty decent at a reasonable price offshore.

Deep Sea HQ, Dolphin Docks or Fisherman's Wharf all have comparable party boats with decent crews & Captains that will attempt to put you on fish. Just have to find which 1 that has a Time/Trip Duration that you are looking for.

I tried to be normal but it got boring so it's just back to being ME~

[font:Arial][/font]Just went on a fishing trip on the Wharf Cat of the Fisherman's Wharf on the 18th and the crew, captain, and boat was pretty good. Only, problem was, there was maybe about 35-40 people along and our lines were tangling up like crazy. If I could go back, I would choose a private charter. You'll spend more time catching fish than picking out tangles with other people. fish

Good luck fishing, tight lines!

If you can afford it, go private charter.

Thanks for the advice. Think we are going to go with a private charter on the Marlin Babe. Anyone ever used them before.
