I figured there was a tournament. There were quite a few bass boats that had no respect for the no wake zones in carter area. Way to represent.

Is there some particular reason that you singled out the FWAC for this report, there were at least 4 tornaments yesterday on EM. You should have told the bass boats yourself instead getting on a public forum and whining crying.

I was one of the bass boats fishing EM Saturday and Sunday (not FWAC). Spent some time in Carter. The only boat I saw not complying with the no wake zone was a ski/wake board boat. That is a huge no-wake zone but almost everybody I saw followed the law.

We were fishing in other areas and saw many others that pulled wake boarders and skiers within 30 yards of us. Enough to make my 13 yo son comment that they weren't courteous. Granted, they were not breaking the law, but it was a little uncomfortable. Legal, however, so we simply chose to fish elsewhere. Honestly, happy for the bad example they were setting for my impressionable young son. Hopefully he will learn from this and treat other with courtesy in all situations.

Lot of boats in a small lake, took a little patience to remember to just have fun and enjoy the time on the water.
