Nice... have you ever done carpet before? Do you plan on putting the locker locks back on? Ive been wanting to recarpet my boat and dont know where to begin.

This was my first time. I'm going to leave them out as long as it looks good. Hated the plastic ones. Kept breaking!

DANG IT MAN that before and that AFTER...looks like two completely different boats...I am highly impressed with your apparent attention to detail that I see in the pics....Maybe its getting time for me to hunt some carpet...got any ideas on where an what kind?

This was from Boat Carpet Buys. Color was midnight star in 20 oz. It was pretty thick and the lids close very snug. I used less than a gallon of contact cement and I can't pull the carpet up without destroying it. Use scissors or carpet shears!!! Don't use a utility knife. It was way easier to cut/trim to fit. Also, you can cut at a more constant 45 degree angle.
